An elderly Dutch man who underwent hip surgery two years ago, claims he has not been able to stop laughing ever since. Apparently the wife is annoyed by her husband situation and she can’t do a thing about it. I don’t know what the fuss is about! I think she’s either jealous of him for being happy, or pissed because she thinks that he is laughing at her.
