E-Briefcase Initiative

Cabinet Ministers in the United Arab Emirates have been issued iPads as part of an e-briefcase initiative to streamline cabinet communications and operations. The iPads should allow ministers to maintain better communication with their federal ministries, and reduce the amount of paper they must carry.

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, prime minister of the UAE, tweeted this photo you see above of three ministers using iPads at a cabinet meeting.

We defiantly need to use this kind of procedure in our ministries to get rid of the amount of paperwork that is cluttering our filing system.
