Printeroid is a smart portable Fax/ Printer that can be connected to Apple iPhone and iPads devices, which allows to send and receive printings of text messages, pictures and any kind of documents in real time.
Pierpaolo Lazzarini and composer Giampaolo Scapigliati designed the Printeroid to print directly on a roll of paper, photographic, standard or sticker, which is long enough to allow the printing of long texts, panoramic pictures or even long sequences of screenshots.
The Printeroid works with an app called “PMS” (Printeroid Messaging Service). With the printing dimensions are 2.7 inches. the device prints 0.15 inches per second at 300 dpi. It requires its own printing paper that is available in 10 meter rolls.
