A small recycling company in Nairobi, Ocean Sole, is cleaning up the beaches to recycle colorful footwear into toys. The company is cleaning washes the flip-flops and the dirty pieces of rubber that were once cruising the Indian Ocean’s currents and turning them into colorful handmade giraffes, elephants and other toy animals.
A wolf-dog called Wiley has laid down and sobbed on top of the grave of his owner. In a 10 second video clip (below), the dog appears to be crying and shaking on the tombstone of his owner while people trying to comfort him. Its no wonder dogs are known as man’s best friend!
A rare large Vulture have been spotted sitting on a traffic sign in Al-Zahra Area. Some say the huge bird fled from one of the houses in the area. The vulture, which is not native to a country like Kuwait, is usually seen picking on the carcass of dead or dying animals in a wild western movie or an African safari. Watch the video below.
