Beverly Hills House by Jendretzki

This Hal Levitt mid-century property located in Beverly Hills, LA, was transformed by Jendretzki into contemporary 5,000 square foot residence.

Full reconfiguration of a Hal Levitt 50′s house. Partitions were replaced with shelving units to open up and connect all spaces. New ipe interior flooring extends out to the pool deck.

Pool is reconfigured to better follow the house and illuminated with fiber-optic stars. New solar photovoltaic panels provide power, water heating panels heat the pool. Entrance doors by John Houshmand.

Hamilton Scotts: $7.5 Million Sky Garage Apartments

The Hamilton Scotts is a new luxury high-rise residential apartment building in Singapore that will allow residents to park their supercars right next to their own living room.

The condominium consists of 56 apartments, including 52 three-bedroom of 2,700 sq ft and two 3,200 sq ft junior penthouse. Each apartment has a parking space for two cars. The remaining two apartments are 7,100 sq ft triplex penthouses with special customized interior, serviced by an internal elevator that can accommodate four cars and comes with a rooftop garden and a swimming pool.

Hamilton Scotts: $7.5 Million Sky Garage Apartments

The 14th floor building is the first of its kind in Singapore and the world’s tallest residence with ensuite garages. The residential units in Hamilton Scotts starts at U$ 7.5 million. Watch the video below.

$6 Million Garage With Gigantic Elevator

Tom Gonzalez bought a luxurious estate on Lake Tahoe, because he needed a place to keep his massive collection of cars, trucks, and motorcycles. So, he sold part of his fortune into building a garage with a huge underground bay capable of holding up to 40 cars.

In the video below, take a look at his amazing collection of motorcycles and high-end exotic sports cars he’s assembled, with his most impressive feature of the garage, the gigantic elevator used to access the subterranean area. The elevator platform is 60 feet long by 12 feet wide and 15 feet high, its capable of lifting up to 250000 pounds and can hold a parked motorhome and several vehicles.
