Cinemagraphs is more than a photo, but not quite a video, and its diffidently not your old fashioned regular GIF file. The creative technics used in the animated GIF file where only part of the image appears to be animated with an artistic feel added to it. It seems like they’ll just step out the photo and talk to you.
