
In the early 80’s her love of yoga started when she found a Yoga book with a picture of a woman doing a Yoga pose on the cover of the book. She was captivated by the relaxed and peaceful look of this woman. Yoga was not known at the time and only a few books were available.
She said that Yoga helped her cope with life’s challenges, gave her strength and courage to find peace in her life in the midst of raising a new family in a foreign country alone. This was why she started teaching, she wanted to share the knowledge she has gained over the past 29 years, by teaching Yoga to people so it would continue to gain popularity and acceptance in the Kuwaiti society.

– Beginners Yoga: August 1 – August 24, 2011 (Mondays and Wednesdays 5:00 – 6:15 pm) 8 sessions
– Core Yoga: August 1 – August 24, 2011 (Mondays and Wednesdays 8:30-10:00 pm ) 8 sessions
– Intermediate Yoga: August 2 – August 28, 2011 (Sundays and Tuesdays 8:30-10:00) 8 sessions
After Ramadan:
– Beginners Yoga: Mondays and Wednesdays 6:00 – 7:15 pm
– Core Yoga: Mondays and Wednesdays 7:30 – 8:45 pm
– Intermediate Yoga: Sundays and Tuesdays 7:30 – 9:00 pm
