World's Largest Walking Robot

Tradinno, the Fire-Breathing Dragon robot, is 51-feet long, 40-feet wide, can walk on its four legs and is powered by a remote control. It’s also the world’s largest walking robot, according to the new “Guinness World Records 2014” book, released Thursday.

The 11-tonne mechanical creature is made up of two hydraulic circuits consisting of 272 valves, 50 drives and uses 165 liters of oil. It’s created by German firm Zollner Elektronik AG to take part in the folk play Drachenstich. Watch the promo video for the play below.
