A lebanese principal in south Lebanon has been caught on video caning a number of students for failing in their studies. The video went viral on the Internet Tuesday.
The students were forced to take off their shoes and kneel on an office chair as principal violently struck the soles of their feet.
The principal has been banned from teaching by the ministry of education and was permanently suspended from work after viewing the video.
