Eight-year-old Brandon Blake from Kildare, Ireland, has become an internet sensation after fitness star Frank Medrano shared his rippling six-pack on Instagram and Facebook. The image shows the two side-by-side – with little Brandon looking the spitting image of the US celebrity.
The boy, who weighs 25kg, has the physique of a professional athlete through gymnastics, constant press-ups and bodybuilding drills.
