Echo is a voice-activated digital assistant device from Amazon. Like Siri, it has the capability to answer questions with a pleasant robotic voice and search the Internet for information.

Amazon is currently offering invite-only sales of Echo at the price of $199 and for Amazon Prime users for $99, but will also have to request an invitation.
