The new Lincoln Continental debuts in concept form at this week’s New York Auto Show.
The Continental Concept is powered by a Lincoln-exclusive 3.0-liter V6 EcoBoost® engine. It also features Lincoln Drive Control ride-enhancing technologies and Adaptive Steering. The car rides on polished-aluminum, painted-pocket 21-inch wheels.
The Continental was discontinued in 2002, it was largely replaced by the Lincoln LS and eventually the Lincoln MKZ. The production version of the new full-size sedan goes on sale next year.
