The Audi Prologue Allroad Concept is the third in a series of show cars pointing to the company’s future.
The Allroad’s hybrid powertrain features the Volkswagen Group’s ubiquitous turbocharged 4.0-liter V-8 and an electric motor, that through an eight-speed toptronic, produces 734 hp. boasting 900 Nm of torque, the hybrid accelerates from 0-100 km/h (0 – 62 mph) in 3.5 seconds and when in its pure electric mode, has a capacity of 14.1 kWh that powers it for 54.0 kilometer (33.6 miles).
Other forward-looking features include a touch-screen instrument panel, an OLED center console display, LED rear lights, Matrix laser headlights, and a rear sound spoiler for improved audio, all wrapped in a sleek-yet-stout body that’s raised to help it tackle any terrain.
