Hexhog is an electric off-road wheelchair that offers unprecedented access to extreme terrain. The vehicle has been designed to bring together the functional attributes of a powered wheelchair and ATV in one aesthetic package.
The six-wheeled, battery-powered vehicle can run for 13 to 19 km ( 8 to 12 miles), depending on terrain, and a full charge should take no more than 2.5 hours. Measuring just under 1.2 m (4 ft) wide and tipping the scales at 275 kg (606 lb), it can be transported using a small trailer. Top speed is rated as 13.6 km/h (8.5 mph).
The HexHog will set you back from around US$30,200 to $42,000, depending on options. The video below shows it in action.
