This rooftop pool and its glass wall makes you feel that you’re swimming in space high above street level. The pool is in one of the first true designer hotel in Dallas, The Joule. The hotel is a restored 1920s Neo-Gothic building that was built in 1927 as the Dallas National Bank Building.
