The Porsche 918 Spyder with a Kuwaiti license plates was spotted by YouTuber Shmee on the streets of London. The supercar has been upgraded by Oakley Design to their 950-4 package with 950 horsepower engine. The Kuwaiti owner received the car in London and is heading on a road trip to Paris.
