Traffic signals depicting pedestrians in dresses have been unveiled in the Australian city of Melbourne as a 12-month trial backed by the Committee for Melbourne. UK-based photographer Jamie Brightmore posted a time-lapse video of a bird’s-eye aerial footage taken with a DJI Phantom 2 drone hovering about 400 feet off the ground above London. The video is part of a new technique called “Satlapse”, developed by Brightmore, which appears to look like a high resolution satellite image.
