Evo’s editorial director Harry Metcalfe drives the last project of former TVR Boss Peter Wheeler. The Scamander amphibious is a large all-terrain vehicle powered by a 3-litre Ford Duratec with 300-horsepower V6 engine and tops out at 192 kmh (120 mph).
The Vehicle was designed by Peter Wheeler and was completed after his death by his widow and an ingenious engineering team. Watch Harry Metcalfe drives the Scamander in the video below.
