The Vooma Peel PG92 is a case with dual SIM capabilities that works with a jailbroken iPhone 4 and 4S. The Case also comes with a built in battery which will add to the iPhone’s own battery life. When you jailbreak your iPhone and download the Vooma app, you can control the phone inside the case to make calls using an SIM card. In short, it charges, unlocks, and enables dual SIMs for your iPhone.
According to the TechCrunch reviewer, the device is still in the testing stage and ready for launch, pricing and availability are unknown for now.
