I can’t believe this guy! British comedian Sacha Baron Cohen was at the Oscars dressed up as his character from the upcoming comedy movie “The Dictator”. He pulled a very lame prank by spilling an urn filled with “Kim Jong-il’s ashes” -as he claimed- all over E! red-carpet host Ryan Seacrest before the Oscar ceremony on Sunday night.
