It’s called the “Rinser Brush“, its a toothbrush with power fountain. The water shoots up like water from a drinking fountain, all you need is to aim the fountain where you want the water to be.
Another cool and interesting feature about this toothbrush is the replaceable head brush, you can pop out the old brush section and pop in a new one so your Rinser Brush will last a long time and you won’t have to buy a new toothbrush every three months. Each brush comes with one replacement head.
