Man Has Net Art RFID Chip Implanted Into His Hand

New Yorker Anthony Antonellis had a Net RFID chip around the size of a grain of rice implanted inside his hand. The chip stores 1KB of data and is readable by compatible smartphones, tablets, card readers and the Arduino microcontroller. Antonellis has used it to display his artwork in the form of gif’s.

The implanted RFID chip can be read from a distance of about one to two cm and artwork can be added to the chip by sending data through a smartphone.
