Renovo Motors has build theĀ first American madeĀ all-electric supercar, theĀ Renovo Coupe. The supercar chassis is based on the classicĀ Shelby Daytona Coupe.
TheĀ Renovo Coupe isĀ powered by threeĀ lithium-ion battery pack and a direct-drive twin sequential axial flux motors that can produce 500 horsepower and 1,000 pound-feet of torque, and it can go from 0ā100 km/h (62 mph) in 3.4 secondsĀ with a top speed of overĀ 190 km/h (120 mph).
TheĀ electric supercarĀ cost aroundĀ $529,000Ā andĀ is scheduled to start being delivered in 2015Ā with a the limited production. Watch the car in action inĀ video below.
