Anthony Kulkamp Dias was undergoing surgery for a brain tumor during which he was required to be awake. The Brazilian man surprised surgeons by playing his guitar and singing the Beatles classic “Yesterday“.
Having the 33 year old bank worker play his guitar and talk to surgical staff meant that the doctors would be able to check that his ability for cognitive function was not damaged. Watch Dias in surgery the video below.
