In the latest update to the Autopilot software (version 7.1) in the Model S, Tesla has allowed the new model cars and the ones sold after October 2014 to steer themselves and change lanes, avoid obstacles and barriers, and even parallel park themselves. There’s also an added new “summon” feature that allows the electric vehicle to maneuver from where it’s parked and come to you. Watch the video below.
