Live action has always been a firm favorite in Kuwait. Recently, Kuwait witnessed exciting Motor Trial Biking shows during the past weekend as Red Bull athlete Brian Capper was in town to perform at Al Kout mall, 360 mall and during the Red Bull Car Park Drift. Brian showed off his skills and tricks in jumping on obstacles with his motorbike, keeping spectators stunned as he moved on his motorbike more gracefully than he would on a flat surface.
Capper was keen on keeping the audience know more about his discipline through the tiny microphone he connected to the speaker wirelessly during his performance. He also selected few persons from the audience to balance the motorbike; a necessary skill in trial biking, or by laying down as a human obstacle, which increased the suspense and kept the audience even more attentive to his the show.
“I was extremely excited to meet the Kuwaiti audience during my performances. The shows were amazing and the crowd’s interaction was extraordinary,” said Brian Capper.
Born in South Africa, Brian’s discipline is Motor Trial Biking; he started riding MX at the age of nine, started trial biking at 11, and won his first National title at 18. He then spent a year in America competing in their National Championships, finishing seventh overall.
Towards the end of the shows, motorbike and action enthusiasts who packed into the area gathered around Capper for selfies, pictures and autographs, expressing positive feedback and a huge desire to spectate similar shows in future. “I never knew about Motor Trial Biking before today – Brian Capper’s show is the most entertaining and exciting motorsport show I have ever seen in my life,” reported one of the attendees.
