Mercedes-Benz released the official pics and details of the new Mercedes-AMG GT Roadster and Mercedes-AMG GT C Roadster supercars. Both the GT and the GT C Roadsters have the fixed roof’s twin-turbocharged 4.0-liter V8, but the GT produces 469hp and 465 lb-ft of torque, while the GT C has 550hp and 502 lb-ft of torque.
In terms of performance, the two are surprisingly close. The C’s 4.0-litre twin-turbo motor, is enough for 0-62mph in 3.7 seconds and a 196mph top speed compared to 4.0 seconds and 188mph for the standard version.
There are no prices or confirmed release dates, but you can check out both vehicles when they debut in the 2016 Paris Motor Show later this month. Watch the video below to see the car in action.
