The New Zealand-based software engineer Aston fanatic has always loved classic cars, so he decided to recreate the classic Aston Martin DB4, because its too expensive to own one.
Ivan will start the long, arduous process of sanding, adding filler, prepping the exterior to a glassy sheen, and then finally applying paint. Each piece is ‘printed’, then mounted onto a wood frame and glued into place. He’s made considerable progress, with 2,500 sections printed, 72% of the work is finished.

EVO magazine founder Harry Metcalfe drives the £1.2 million Aston Martin One-77 Hypercar on UK roads. The One-77 is similar to the DB9 and the Vanquish, but the V-12 engine has been enlarged to 7.0 liters and turns out 650 horsepower.
