Salad Boutique New Italian Menu

The Salad Boutique is a place that is easy to miss with all these chain restaurantsĀ thatĀ continuesĀ to open at the The Avenues. But this restaurant still maintains its unique style as being the first ever restaurant that specializes in serving salads as a main course, with over 70 different types of salads, in addition to the other main courses.

I was invited by the Salad Boutique to try out their new menu. It was an Italian menu that includes, Minestrone Soup, Arangini, lasagna, and of course a two kinds of salads, the Mediterranean Pasta Salad and Arugula Salad.

I started out with the Minestrone Soup and the Arangini (Italian Rice Balls) as an appetizer, which was quite tasty. I didn’t like Minestrone Soup that much because I’m not aĀ vegetableĀ person.Ā Then the main dish was lasagna with crispy melted cheese on top, including the ground beef and tomato sauce. The crispy cheese tasted even better than it looks, the cheese added some additional texture and flavor to the lasagna.

Overall, the food was tasty, the quality was very good, and looking at the menu price it’s fair and reasonable. I give thisĀ restaurantĀ an 8 out of 10.
