Starwood hotel chain just launched its new program, called SPG Keyless, that allows guests across 10 Aloft, Element and W brand hotels to skip the reception desk and gain access to their pre-booked hotel rooms using their smartphones.
Guests who book a room through Starwood website or phone can use the SPG Bluetooth-connected app for Android and iOS to check-in, receive their room number and unlock their rooms upon arrival. Watch the video below to learn more about the service.
