How Soy Sauce Is Made

A fascinating short film created by Mile Nagaoka from National Geographic that shows how the soy sauce has been made for 750 years in Yuasa Town, Wakayama, Japan.

Soy sauce is a condiment made from a fermented paste of boiled soybeans, roasted grain, brine, and Aspergillus oryzae or Aspergillus sojae molds.

  1. Hi, I have seen this video and it is really interesting, 750 years is not a small period, that’s really appreciable

I have also seen one more video of soya sauce making on Food tech on History TV 18 and is hosted by Bobby Bognar, he is really crazy about food and shows interesting things and how the different foods are prepared from raw material, processing to finished products.

If you are also food crazy than watch food Tech, really interesting and visit https://www.wajabaty.com/ for more food…
