Volkswagen has created a clever experiential stunt tested on a unsuspecting movie goers at a Hong Kong movie theater.

The audience were shown a video of a car, from the driver’s perspective, driving down a road. And at the precise moment they received a location-based transmitter message to their mobile phones. While they took a moment to look at their phone, all of a sudden the onscreen car loses control and crashes into a tree. Watch the video below.
